What is an IEP?

An Individualized Education Program (IEP) is a formal plan for students who have disabilities that affect their ability to learn in a traditional classroom. It includes:

What is a 504 Medical Plan?

A Section 504 Plan provides accommodations and support for students who have a medical condition or disability that impacts a major life activity but may not need special education assistance. It may include:
